Miriam Chin

Miriam (she/her) is an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist at M Chin Psychology who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. She is passionate about creating a warm, safe, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. Miriam believes every person brings unique strengths and resilience to therapy and works alongside her clients with compassion and curiosity.
Miriam uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has also completed advanced training in the treatment of complex trauma and comorbid presentations, tailoring therapy to each client's individual needs and goals.
She works with adults experiencing concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, ADHD, and autism. Miriam has also completed training at the Child Behaviour Research Centre, supporting parents of children with behavioural and emotional challenges, including ADHD, autism, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and conduct disorder. In addition, she provides couples therapy using the Gottman Method.
Miriam is known for her warm, authentic, and thoughtful approach, building therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration. She provides individual psychological therapy through Medicare, DVA CTP, and the NDIS, helping clients develop practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and build lives that feel meaningful, authentic, and aligned with their values.

Candice Nicholls

Candice (they/she) is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist at C Nicholls Psychology, holding a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Professional Psychology from the University of Wollongong. As a lived experience practitioner, Candice is passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, heard and empowered to explore their inner world and make choices aligned with their authentic selves.
Candice draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Enhanced (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). They have completed Blue Knot Foundations Three Phased Approach training for trauma and are an ANZAED credentialled clinician, meeting the requirements to work safely with people and families experiencing Eating Disorders.
Candice has particular experience working with Eating Disorders, Body Image Disturbance, Complex Trauma and PTSD, Neurodiversity, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, suicidal ideation, and interpersonal challenges. They take a Health at Every Size approach to eating disorder care.
Known for their compassionate and collaborative approach, Candice creates a space where therapy feels human. They value autonomy, choice, trust, empathy and empowerment, supporting clients to uncover and draw on their own inner wisdom to navigate a path forward. Candice accepts private, Medicare and NDIS clients.
